Low-priced whiskey, brandy, sake, kaoliang liquor, vodka, vinegar, and soy sauce can be upgraded to aged quality by placing them in a glass container and soaking them in "Top Spring® Life Energy Water" for 15 to 30 minutes. This process enhances the value of these products. If you are not in a hurry, you can place the entire unopened bottle into a container with at least 10 times the volume of 'Top Spring® Life Energy Water' and soak it for 24 to 72 hours. Soak vegetables, fruits, meat, and seafood in Top Spring® Life Energy Water for 15~30 minutes, discard the water, and soak them with the same amount of Top Spring® Life Energy Water for 1 minute and discard. This process can remove pesticide residues and other harmful substances from the food.
According to News, research by Dr. Pi-Shia Lin from National Taiwan University shows that organic vegetables are often given too much nitrogen-based fertilizer in order to increase production yield. This experiment is authorized to be conducted by Dr. Xu-bei Wu from the School of Medicine, National Yang-Ming University. The experiment is concerning different performance on anti-oxidation when Antrodia cinnamomea is put into several brands of water, including Top Spring^® Life Energy Water. Because Antrodia cinnamomea has the well anti-oxidation capability, it serves as an object in the experiment. At the moment of putting Antrodia cinnamomea into eight water brands, the performance on anti-oxidation of every brand should be similar in theory, but it is not the truth. In effect, anti-oxidation ability in Top Spring^® Life Energy Water is much higher than the average of the other seven water brands, about 35%. This gap appears more distinct after 24 hours and 48 hours. Furthermore, the performance after 48 hours in Top Spring^® Life Energy Water is surprisingly superior to the initial performance of other water brands.
